Welcome to Valiac’s Ristorante !
Named after his daughters Valentina and Alicia.
Tony Munno opened the restaurant in February 2001 focusing on serving good food at a reasonable price. When first opened, it was primarily lunch and dinner service in the restaurant, with a few small party rooms, but has since expanded. By adding a large party room that can accommodate up to 100 people, and also built a new lounge area, open daily with specials, to provide music and dancing on Friday and Saturday nights from 9:00 pm - 1:00 am.
The restaurant has always been a family atmosphere for both, the customers and the help. Over half of the staff have been with Tony since the day he opened, including the head chef Scott Benham. Scott & Assistant Chef Ricky Shute brought their years of experience and have created a delicious menu with a wide variety of choices so there is something for everyone.
